DOHA, Qatar — September 15, 2025 — Qatar is hosting an emergency Arab-Islamic summit on Monday following Israel’s September 9 airstrike in Doha that killed several Hamas members and a Qatari security officer. The meeting gathers leaders from across the Arab League and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to coordinate a collective response.

Mogadishu/Doha – September 9, 2025 —The government of Somalia has strongly condemned what it described as “terrorist military actions” by Israeli forces against residential areas in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

The Israeli military says it has carried out a strike targeting senior Hamas leaders in Qatar’s capital, Doha, in what it described as a “precise operation” against figures it claims were responsible for the October 7 attacks.
